I began my journey in technology studying Computing and IT at college, where I established solid foundations in web development and software development. This early grounding gave me a strong understanding of how digital systems are built, how users interact with them, and how to approach problem-solving in a structured way.
Following this, I progressed into a degree-level apprenticeship as a Digital and Technology Solutions Professional, achieving a First Class Honours degree. This route allowed me to develop my technical skillset while working in a professional environment, applying academic learning directly to real-world challenges.
Since 2021, I have worked in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, where I am part of a Rapid Development Team. In this role, I work extensively with the Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint. My work focuses on rapidly delivering low-code solutions that replace manual processes, improve visibility, and support business-critical operations at scale.
